A/C & Heat Pumps
During the preventative maintenance on an Air Condition or Heat Pump a technician will complete a series of tests and inspections such as:- Test the blower motor and fan operation.
- Inspect the contactor.
- Test the capacitor.
- Test the compressor.
- Clean the outdoor coil.
- Inspect the refrigerant lines.
- Test the Thermostat Operation.
- Replace filters/media/water panels as needed.
- Test condensing unit in heating mode.
- Inspect the reversing valve operation.
