Its come to our attention that some Trane Wi-Fi thermostats received a software update last night that is requiring a reboot of the thermostat to get the system to come back online. 

The typical symptoms we are seeing are the Thermostat reading 70F-75F but the home temperature may actually be 50F-60F. Once the thermostat reboots, the thermostat begins adjusting to the actual temperature inside the home. 

A second symptom is too much heat, Thermostat again reading 70F-75F but the in home temperature may be 78F-80F+. Once the thermostat reboots, the thermostat begins adjusting to the actual temperature inside the home.
